Likes: Spending time with her boo, playing violin, running a photography business, Hulu, Bob's Burgers, Cabbage, traveling, Amazon, being cold, planning events, and Chick-Fil-A. Dislikes: Being hot, roast beef, injustice, disrespectful people, knee surgeries, and peanut butter. Ebony graduated from Hawkeye Community College in 2012 with her Degree in Police Science. She worked a few odd jobs before returning to school to achieve her BA in Family Services in 2018. Ebony grew up in the Foster Care system from the age of two until she aged out at 18. She has a heart for youth in the Foster Care System, and plans to adopt in the future. Ebony worked in the Youth Center at the Salvation Army for about five years before beginning at Cedar Valley Angels in June (2019). She started a Media Club through The Salvation Army to motivate youth, and help them develop technical skills by teaching them basic camera functions involving photography and Videography. She and her husband Trevor King have a photography business they run together called King Illustrations. Ebony is passionate about the work Cedar Valley Angels is doing, and is excited about the future of the program! |
