Haley Johnson is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Technology Management degree. She spent four years working at John Deere as a manufacturing engineer before realizing that her heart was really for foster care and foster children. She left and became a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in the Black Hawk County Foster Care system. After volunteering with the CVA team for about six months, Haley decided to go for it and apply for Case Manager! Haley is most excited to match families with the support they need and get to know the kiddos in all of the homes.
All of these things are only possible by God and her Fiance, Owen. Haley met Owen while they were both engineers at John Deere, and Owen has supported her adventures every moment since. They will be married in July and certified to be foster parents themselves just a few weeks later!
