Follower of Jesus, aunt, sister, advocate for helping others, a supporter of organ donation (Iowa Donor Network), and apart of the UNI Dance Team
Likes: Spending time with her niece and two nephews, ketchup, road trips, Cherry Coke, learning sign language, going to baseball games (Chicago Cubs), anything Disney, and binge-watching Netflix/Hulu.
Dislikes: Pineapple on pizza, chocolate, being cold, messes, and losing card games.
Taylor graduated with her Bachelor’s in Social Work Degree from the University of Northern Iowa May 2020. She continues her education at St. Ambrose University to receive her Master’s in Social Work. Throughout her college career, she was involved in the UNI Dance Team, Salt Company, ASL Club, Student Ambassadors, Student Leadership Council, and volunteered with Four Oaks Family Connections in Cedar Rapids, Alternatives Pregnancy Center, and Friends of the Family. Taylor found her passion for working with children and adults when being a respite caretaker for those with disabilities. She is looking forward to gaining more experience in foster care and non-profit working with the Love Box program as she begins her internship at Cedar Valley Angels.
